EXFOLIATING "THE KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL SKINCARE REGIMEN"

It's been a long while since I wrote... a lot has happened! It's 2018 yo!
Happy new year to you all.
So I've been busy with work and traveling. Well today I just want to talk about something simple and briefly.
Exfoliating!!!!!
This isnt a new word of new process for most of us... but as its a new year and some want to start their skincare journey a fresh, well you have to start exfoliating first ok?
. So what is exfoliation ?
to remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, in order to improve its appearance
With this definition we now know how vital it is to exfoliate.. to remove dead skin and reveal a younger, fresher skin hence you look brighter, younger and have that glow.
Exfoliation involves the removal of the oldest dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. Exfoliation is involved in the process of all facials, during microdermabrasion or chemical peels. Exfoliation can be
achieved through mechanical or chemical means but today I want to discuss a more affordable and DIY means of exfoliation
Which has to do with
. Body and Facial washes
. Body and Facial Scrubs
You can make or easily buy a wash or scrub. Making one can be time consuming but
If you have the time and energy you can at least know what you put inside. I'll state a few
Simple scrub recipes and you can let me know which you like and we discuss how to make it
Privately which ever way you prefer.
.Sugar/Lemon
.Apricot/Avocado seeds & Milk Scrub
.Orange vest body wash
.Tumeric and Co. Scrub (Co. Meaning you can use so many other items with it)
.Lemon, Lime & coconut body wash/scrub
.Egg body wash
.Avocado and Papaya Body wash
.Egyptian Milk body wash
Just to name a few.. these can easily be made at home or you can find ready made versions.
I'll be making a few and posting as time goes on.
So remember exfoliate to reveal softer skin which makes it easier for lotions or whatever you
Use on your skin penetrate easily and give you the results you need.
So please let me know how your process goes and also if you need help making one
